I have a Galaxy Note 4 on TMobile. I recently got a Moto X Pure because it has the extra band 12 or whatever that provides a bit better service coverage. I took the SIM from the Note 4 and put it in the X and it works fine. I used it for a month or so and then wanted to switch it back to the Note for a weekend so I could use wifi calling at my friend's lake house.
When I put the SIM back in the Note 4 it appears to work, shows 4 G LTE but drops signal about 30 seconds later and says no service. WTF? Can you not switch SIMs? I thought that was the purpose. I wish they would let you get a duplicate SIM and allow you to power up whatever phone you wanted to use that day. |
