I had tsb 15-0137 done today which relocates the fuel pump fuse and changes the fuse from a small blade fuse to a block looking fuse of the same ramp rating. How does this fix the problem of blowing the fuse when it uses the same amp fuse?

It is so when your fuse self ignites again, it won't damage the entire fuse box and cost too much to fix.
