Streamlight's CS has always been amazing for me. Might just want to give them a shout. Mine was messed up when I got mine, asked them if they could replace the one that was messed up. They replied with "Send me your address and I'll get it sent to you." What showed up was a whole set of them   lost them a while back though as the only one I used was the Glock
