When FTPing, using PC Internet Explorer, there is an option of "Login As" that doesn't exist on MAC Internet Explorer.  Thus after typing the address of an FTP server, I can't see how to log in.  How is this accomplished with a MAC.

where you would put the url, type

ftp://@hostname.com

It will prompt you for a pass...
if you're using osx, you can ftp through the unix shell.

or go download fetch, mac FTP client.
