I consider myself a Christian though not a very good one, because I despise liberals. They were talking about what Trump said about the 2nd amendment people comment. I called them liberal parasites, and yada, yada, yada. They think I want to go up against the government through violent force, (Which I do not. I also thank LE for their service whenever I see them as they're not the problem.) The people who write laws are the real problem and that's where change has to come from. They tell me that the government would crush us conservative nut bags with drones, no problem. That we wouldn't stand a chance. We just need to commit to the socialist paradise they desire. They're cool, calm, and collected about it. I basically told them to get fucked. I was banned for awhile, which is probably a good thing. I know holding hatred for them is against what Jesus taught but I really do have an issue with the liberal mindset. I also like how they say Stalin, Pol Pot, and Chairman Mao are not real socialist/communist. They were authoritarians under the guise of socialist/communist. |

It doesn't result in a massive contraction of personal liberty at all. And the fact that it has proven to be economically unsustainable is just a fluke. We just haven't seen the right people in charge of it yet. |

BTW stanc .... those Israeli communes (known as kibbutzim) are voluntary. They are not organs of the Israeli state. Most of them failed because they were economically unviable by the late 1980s but a few are still around. They were akin to the communes that hippies set up in the late 1960s/early 1970s here in the U.S. and generally suffered the same fate. I have no issue if someone wants to voluntarily join a commune. That's their life and their choice. But of course, the left is not interested in offering voluntary socialism. They most definitely intend it to be compulsory via the use of state force. That I most certainly have a problem with. |

It is hard to not hate pure evil but we are to hate the sin, not the sinner! With that said, I pray daily that she might come to know the Lord but also pray daily, for America's sake, that she would peacefully pass away in her sleep. I desire with every fiber of my being that this nation would be delivered from all evil. |

You should have reminded them that all of the violence comes from the Liberal Left.

Perhaps OP can pray for her to see the truth and repent, and pray that our country is protected from people like her that would destroy us. |

Actually, I pray for all the senators and congressmen and Supreme Court justices too. Only God can change someone. Hating someone isn't going to change them. The direction that this country is going in is bad. So if I and other Christians who truly believe in God aren't praying for their leaders, then we can't complain about it when things aren't going in the direction we think it should. And so, unlike liberal celebrities who claim "they'll leave the country if Trump goes to office", I love America and choose to stay here regardless of who is the President. So when Obama got into office, I stayed here even though I voted for someone else - both times, I voted for Republicans congressmen and senators when the time came around. I don't think it was a coincidence that the majority changed from Democrat to Republican during Obama's presidency in the House of Representatives in 2010. And then in 2014, Republicans gained control of the Senate. There's a large number of people who are not satisfied with their Democratic representatives in the Congress or with President Obama.
