Fuck fed ex! I was expecting a package but i was at work when they tried to deliver it and it requires a signature. I get home early the next day to sign for it but the delivery was attempted early in the morning this time. I go the their fucked up website to "get the package my way" and have it delivered to my parents next door. The web site wants a bunch of stoopid info about the new address that no one but my parents would know. This is by design and fucking retarded. Failing that, i call cs and get the rep to change the delivery address for me. Done. Easy. I get home just now to find yet another missed delivery sticker on my (MY  ) door! I call cs back to find out wtf. Some indian, dot not feather, tells me that i should have called to change the address before the first delivery even though changing the address is one of the solutions suggested on their fucking sticker! Whatever. Fuck it, can i go pick it up myself? Sure can! Its an hour and a half away though. At this point I think im just going to let it go back to the sender.

I fail to see how this is their fault.
You were mailed a signature required package and you're never home. What do you expect them to do, wait and deliver it when you are home? Plan their whole delivery schedule around you? Change the destination address after they have tried to deliver it 3x? |
