Not good really.
Get some kids, you can find them at a playground or mall since the soccer moms dont watch them very good. You should also be on your 2nd wife by now. Are you beta male? Im not sure what qualifies for being alpha or beta, but it seems pretty important around here. How do you feel about trannys? Is getting a BJ and not knowing it had a dick count as gay or naw? Tell me how you make Chili. Concealed or open carry? Get a Brodozer by 30yrs old. Get a Harly by 25 (oops). End post with FBHO or FHRC |

GTFO of Connecticut and it seems like you'll be doing okay. Normally I'd be wanting to get that student loan debt knocked out, but with politics the fucked-up way it is right now, you might get it swept away in a FSA supply drop, so I'd sit tight for awhile. I'm going to max out the 401k contributions and try to put some money into an IRA before I really ramp up against the student loan. Normally I'd want to kill that thing off, but politics as they are, I might be better off.. |

That's how their mentality works. You're basically a 1%er in their minds and haven't been paying your "fair share". |

Not too bad.
Pay off the debt. It's a good feeling being and staying debt free. Upgrade to a new Accord/Camry; the Civic sucks on long drives comfort-wise. Gas prices probably won't stay low. I've got close to 300K on a Civic, my ass hurts. (I bought the Civic for the gas mileage, with the fuel mix here I get @ 32 mpg) While the Porche is fun; go practical first. Stay debt free. Did I mention stay debt free? eta: you're a tall guy; don't get the Civic. My son is 6 ft. I watch him drive and he's scrunched up. |

I think he's doing pretty well job- and education-wise but the car and apt need a little extra work! Also, at 28, if he's looking at procreating, he's pushing it. How am I pushing it? There's a group of folks that has kids in their late 30's early 40's. It would feel like financial suicide to bring a kid into this. For anyone here who thinks the car gets you laid, it doesn't. I've had beaters and been up to my eyeballs in tits, but those were also previous years. Agree living situation could be much better, I want to buy, but I'm holding out for the next job transfer / transfer out of CT. |

Did I mention stay debt free? I'll inquire the next round of debt when I buy a home. Going to be difficult. I'm coming from an older E320 to plant myself into the Civic. I know it sucks full and well, but I need the money to work for me elsewhere.. edit: ok maybe you can push me into a camry, maybe. |

It is. I mean, nice bicycles, motorcycles, shooting 308... all fun things, but very expensive. I'm filing those things for when I'm late 30's or early 40's and making better money. Whatever it takes. Quoted:

I'm filing those things for when I'm late 30's or early 40's and making better money. Whatever it takes. you could be like me, 33 yo, owe 60k more on my house than it's worth 10k of student loans left 10k on a car, virtually nothing saved and ready to just start off again from 0. i make less than you too. |

If not, you suck.
