Prayers from me and Mrs TB. I assume you went to the hospital and got X-rays, exam, meds, etc. Rest and do what the docs say. No I didemt. Not a fan of a hospital. I will give it a few days and see. I believe the lord works miracles and I was cushioned on the fall though |

Please go to the doctor. |

I'm not an attorney, but, you could end up with long term back problems....and if you do, the auction house may be liable for your medical bills IF THEY WERE NEGLIGENT in operating the machinery that knocked you off AND if there is documentation to show a causal connection between the incident/their actions and your injuries/treatments. The doctor or ER would be documenting the incident as you describe it and your injuries (as will your medical insurance company). Your description would be important to establish a causal connection between the incident and your back problem. Delays in seeking treatment will give others a chance to argue that your back problems are not related to the fall, but were due to another cause. I've seen back problems that seem to be nagging hide an underlying surgical issue months later. Just think about it.
Edit: I don't want you to self-diagnose and have to live with nagging back problems that could be helped with treatment. Prayers sent. |

I understand and if not better by Monday will go to the doctor to get checked out. |
| Prayers sent but definitely go get x-rays. My brother fell off a 6 foot ladder while painting the outside of his house. Didn't go to the doctor or hospital, was just sore, instead he went to a chiropractor a few days after it happened. Well about a week and a half after if happened he had problems walking and was falling down. Went to the hospital, they took x-rays. he fractured a vertebrae which was pinching a few nerves. next day he had surgery to fix it with some metal plates and screws. |
