I know a bunch of you have some of these, so post 'em if you got 'em!

'83 American Standard w/Seymour Duncans, Warmoth Compound Radius Scalloped neck that is the BOMB:[img]http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-6/188491/V[WMR-strat2.jpg[/img]

2000 Yngwie Malmsteen Signature Model, Seymour Duncans all around:

The stuff that makes 'em LOUD hehe:

Marshall Valvestate S-80, 40w x 2, 2x12, true stereo effects loop.  They don't make any with a stereo effects loop these days, for some reason.  In the rack is a Quadraverb which sounds schweeet in stereo.

Let's see yours!

You're gonna make me sad as I have but a sole guitar left!  A Yamaha acoustic.  Just 2 years ago I had a nice collection of guitars.  A Les Paul, American Standard Strat, 3 PRS McCarty's, BC Rich ST, Ovation single cutaway.  I had tons of different amps, Mesa Boogie Rectifier, Peavy 5150 Stack, Fender Hot Rod, Line6 Flextone(impressive for solid state), Crate, Marshall JCM 800.  Digitech RP12, A few Tube Screamers, Boss tuners, the list goes on.

I sold all of it, I made money on the PRS'.  I was surprised at that but eBay is good sometimes.  I regret selling one of the McCarty's and the JCM 800.  The McCarty I actually loved, it sounded great and had that "thing" that only some guitars have.  Why I sold it I still ask myself and the JCM 800 is self explanatory.  I feel lonely now.

Why, yes, I do speak in the Saxon tongue, although it pains me greatly.

Valkyrie, sounds like you had some nice stuff...I've only sold one guitar that I owned, and that was a Hamer Steve Stevens...I still kinda wish I still had it, too.

I've got a '72 Les Paul DeLuxe that I bought new...and an HRR series Strat, an Ibanez R540, and a Jackson.  I don't play any of them much these days...once you get used to the scalloped neck, it's hard to play one w/out it.  That Warmoth neck is real nice, if I had more $$ I'd put one on everything hehehe.  They're about $325 a pop, though, so I can't really do that now.

I have a Jackson Dinky Reverse, all black, ebony fretboard with jumbo frets and the "Rhandy Rhodes style" inlays (cant remember what Jackson calls them) Floyd Rose tremolo, and humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions.

Also have a custom built "Strat" stlye fiddle, also black, but with maple neck.
Warmoth body and neck, standard "Strat" whammy bar/bridge, and three EMG single coils.

And, a Charvell acoustic that is the same size and shape as a Telecaster.
White with black trim, and dark ebony fretboard.

Alas, no pics.  Maybe later this week.  Main rig:
Ibanez Artist circa 1980 with Duncans front and back. Seymore Duncan 10s. Dunlop 1.14 purple.
Marshall JMP-1 preamp
Boss SE70 midi controlled effects
Carvin 100 watt tube amp
Art midi controller.
I also have an Ibanez Studio, some Washburn strat copy with a great neck but POS pickups (and a bit glam), an Ovation 12 string acoustic, and my classical from when I was 12.

Actually I hardly pick up the thing anymore.  The band thing burned me out and practicing/playing just dropped down the priority list.  Damn marriage, dogs, and computer games. [;)]

Another loud thing that starts wit "G" is gas ...as in fart!

Just help yourself with a large bean burrito, and some guacamole as a side dish, an violá!

You will be the walking bomb of your block.  Even veterans will rush to the ground, since you will be evoking mortar round explosions with that burrito/guacamole formula...

Quadraverb is OK, but for really lush reverbs, check out something from the lexicon family. They have some nice units for not too much dough.

Myself, I'm trying to come up with cash to upgrade to a Lexicon PCM91 for my main reverb. (there goes that preban!). Currently using a TC electronics M2000, this would be another good choice for your guitar rig. Saw one used recently for $500. 24 bit, wide selection of plates & halls, good delay & modulation effects too.

Scalloped fretboards, huh? You too must be an unrepentant shredmiester[:D].

No pictures, but...

Cort Artisan bass (great sound & action for its price- much better than a Fender P-Bass I used to have).

Cherry burst Ovation Celebrity.  HOT electronics, I can get just about any sound I want out of it.

Disclaimer: Although owning the above instruments I do not claim to be a musician, nor do I play one in the movies.  I just enjoy recreational thrashing!

Here's my main squeeze... or she was when I actually played her:

A Samick Les Paul copy.  Samick makes guitars for many manufacturers, so this is pretty much an Epiphone.  I got one of the GOOD ones.  Played this, and compared to a friend's Les Paul Studio, and mine sounded much better.  She's got Seymour Duncan PUs.  59er in the neck position and a JB in the bridge.

I ran her through a Laney LH50 with the 4x10 cabinet.  HOTDAMN she sounded good.  Had to ditch the halfstack and get the LC50 1x12 combo (both amps are all tube) and it still sounds sweet as honey.

Don't play much anymore, so I might try to sell the guitar and amp to recoup some money.  Gave up on the band thing.. it's just too hard to find a group of guys that you want to play with, that make music that you like..

But it's a great way to piss off the neighbors!!

Well, sounds like you guys have some cool stuff...post the pics when you get the cameras working.  HappyBlaster, believe it or not, I don't use the Quadraverb for reverb...I'm not a real big fan of reverb.  I've got about 10 user made presets I use...one with a really nice slapback, and the other is the "Robin Trower" mode...those are the 2 I use most of the time.  Besides I'm WAY to broke to be spending 500 bucks on guitar stuff...that's a Garand right there lol.

Here's two pics of my Baby.  1974 Fender Hardtail Strat.  Everything is all original, except of course the plastic.  I took the original stuff off and put it away.  I even have the original tolex case that is in mint condition.  That too is put away.  I also have an Aria Pro II and a Yamaha acoustic.  My amp is a Crate GT-80 and for effects, I use a Digitech RP-3.  This thread also gave me a great idea for my new avatar.
