Take a look at Schumacher.
I have their top of the line model, and it not only starts my truck but runs my devices, pumps up my tires, lights my way in the dark and probably some more stuff that I havent discovered yet!
They have been charging batteries for 50 or 60 years as far as I know.
It was $99.00 at Lowes.

NOCO Genius.

I've used mine plenty, it performs very well. The safety features and bypasses are very handy.

They have units that can jump start large Diesel engines multiple times before it even drops to 80%.
