I have a friend who I buy my wholesale parts and has been there for 10 years. The property is zoned Agricultural and he has his license at that location and does no retail. He had an audit today (ATF)and a friend of mine came by to buy a LPK at wholesale prices. After my friend left the wholesaler was informed he can't sell any gun part out of an Agricultural zoning., I might understand not selling Rifles or Lowers but he was informed he couldn't sell any gun parts. I told him she isn't in charge of zoning and that' is zoning call and not hers. She insisted that she has a say in that also.
