To shoot my neighbor's horse? People shoot dogs on their property... It opens my fucking gate and pulls stuff out of the back of my truck and is a general nuisance ETA:Pic of the offender  |

Dunno.... Wyoming is a fence out/free range state, so you would be in deep shit. Here, it is your responsibility to fence out livestock, and pay the rancher if you hit one of his animals with a vehicle on public roads, etc. You are dealing with livestock, not a pet. Waaaayyyyy stiffer penalties for that. If I remember correctly, horse theft in WY is still punishable by hanging. |

Friend had a neighbors horse do the exact same thing multiple times.
He purchased a ... 
And shaved "REDRUM" along it's side and walked it halfway home and sent it on its way. How I found out was when the crazy horse owning chick showed up at my house demanding "you had better have a talk with your buddy!". I burst out in laughter and said "that explains his text this morning asking if horse meat tasted good on the barby". She looked at me all  ...
And finally hired someone to fix her fence properly. |

A family friend owns horses and her neighbors have came onto her land and shot some of the horses while they were in the barn and the county Sheriff does not care. So I say go for it. If they can get away with shooting horses on the horse owners land scott free, you should have no problems. |
