Looks like a judge has her panties in a wad because a newspaper reporter is asking questions. Is this situation really as fucked up as it reads ?? |

The reporter and the editor issued subpoenas to banks for account information? What kind of goofy assed shit is that?
They make an open records request for copies of "checks cashed illegally," and the judge seeks to have them charged for making false statements? Why not just reply with "No such record exists."

They issued the subpoenas in a pending lawsuit. I didn't see anything about a lawsuit, but admittedly I only gave the article a quick glance. |
