I'm finally getting around to sending some Form1s on PAPER  for some suppressors in advance of 41f.
Do I put the Trust name in box 4a as the manufacturer?
My name?
I'm confused. Any help is appreciated

They need to be pending for the old rules to apply.  I'd think carefully about mailing them, you may not make the deadline.  Why not efile?

I read that, but it didn't specifically address form1 silencers
Trying to be extra sure.

You use 'FMI' as the manufacturer.

ETA: nevermind, just noticed you said 'paper' forms......as others stated, use your trust name.
