See, it looks like a full-sized forest, but the trees are really just an inch or less in diameter.  The trees and everything are proportioned exactly like full-sized trees.

No, it's not a odd perspective shot.  All those trees are at about the same distance from the camera as the hand.

Help I am retarded. I STILL dont get it. I could tell the difference in the tree sizes and the trees arent 1 inch trees they are meduim to small sized tress but I wouldnt say there is anything that is abnormal about it.

They are small trees.  The largest in the picture is about an inch in diameter (use the hand to judge size.  The hand is very close to the trees)
