Made some teriyaki venison quesadillas for a quick lunch before the kids soccer game. Wanted something quick so I could eat on the patio before it rains. Grabbed a couple of onions and cilantro from the garden. Had a deer tenderloin thawed so I made a quick rub and got the grill going. While it was warming up, caramelized the onions. Seared the tenderloin and made a quick teriyaki sauce. Fried it all up in some tortillas and fried a little cheese while I was at it.
