Heavy Overcast on "The Ridge". We are under a flood warning till the middle of next week????

Doubt I'll get to actually see the launch again today.

As for the 'Secrecy', there was a group of amateur astronomers in Canada that used Super High Powered Binoculars, like the Israeli Border Patrol uses.
In the late 1980's, early 1990's they photographed our Space Shuttle deploying a spy satellite in a low polar orbit., and tracked it to it's final
orbital position.
Some .gov types were not happy.

It's a big rocket alright. You should see it from the inside. I welded those big bastards together for many years (Boeing and then ULA Boeing/Lockheed Martin)but the one we are building now (SLS) will be the biggest ever built.
