My niece likes to lurk GD, and wanted to make a dinner pic, but she's not allowed to have her own account, even at 25. First, some left over elk meat, Jalapeno's, mushrooms, onions, cream cheese, a block of killer pepper jack from walmart, and a can of pineapple rings, and bacon.  We marinated the meat in Apricot Jam.  Lots of various combinations, like jalapeno/cream cheese, mushroom-pepperjack-onion, etc.  All get wrapped in bacon  A rare cool day for the end of May in Vegas. Temps around 70.
