Cut up 3 lbs of red potatoes.Keep the slices in water so they don't turn brown
melt a stick of butter
add 4 Tbs of flour, cook it on med until it turns tan
Add 2 cups of milk, add slowly and stir it in or it will clump up
then add 2 cups of cheese ,one or more kinds.
I used extra sharp cheddar this time.Stir it into the mix and add some garlic, salt and pepper.I also add some red pepper
Mix the sauce and potatoes together ,then put in a greased baking pan or whatever.
Cook in a preheated oven @ 400 d for 1 hour,uncover and cook another 40 mins.
Let cool
Serve it up.
Next time I'm going to mix swiss, sharp cheddar and havarti, with jalapeno.
They are pretty easy to make and kick some ass in the taste department.
