store mists the produce......misting keeps the mold down and the produce sparkly.....but when you stop misting...........and let them sit damp and cool..........mold. that's my theory anyway.

This happens to me all the time!

I'll look at the store and make sure there is no mold, I will be positive there is no mold on then. I get home the wife will be like you've got bad strawberries. I'm like What the heck!?
