Um, you are just aching to buy this thing no matter what we say, aren't you? [:)] It most likely won't work or you at least won't be able to hit anything with it, but hey, it's only a $ 100, maybe you will get the one that works. Go buy the darn thing and let us know if you got lucky.

When I was with the sheriff's office, I was a senior firearms instructor. I saw over a dozen of them come to the range, I never saw one, be able to go through two magazines (if that) with out crapping out. Very, very unreliable pistol. The only one I ever saw reliable in the whole series, was the original OMC backup 380. As always YMMV.

$100 paper weight sure. I actually have one and no real problems ever. It is best with ball ammo most HP stuff will jam in it, and if you can get over the beating your hand will take and the 18 lb(?) trigger pull go for it. Mine has been through hell, but keeps on kicking HARD.
For $100 I'd consider it. |

I've had one for years. It has never failed to go bang everytime.
I have no problems using it for self defense. |

I've had one for about seven years and never had any problems. I've shot ball, glasers, golddot, gold saber even alloy 230 gr. roundnose and 185 gr.semi-wadcutters without any reliability issues. Trigger pull becomes very smooth as it breaks in. Trigger pull is still very long and somewhat heavy (but can be stacked quite effectively) due to trigger spring being used to absorb some of the slides impulse. Remember this was designed as a backup, for close and dirty work and has almost nothing in the way of sights. Still I've been able to consistently shoot 4-8 inch five shot groups at 25 yards(when I practice with it). The worst thing I can say about it is that it will almost always give me hammer bite and wears out my hand after 4 or five mags. But in my opinion it does what it was designed to do quite well. I'd jump all over it for that price.

I paid $225 for mine a few years ago. I have no complaints about it.It is what it is. It is a backup piece that can do whats need in close up dirty work.

I picked mine up for $269 about 6 years ago. My only complaint is the trigger pull. Besides that, I'm happy with mine. I'd be alot happier if I paid $100 for it.

I have one and it shoots everything I put through it......it's like everything else, get a good one and it works just fine..........there are lemons in every model...of course you should buy it for $100...

any gun for a 100 dollars isn't a bad deal in my opinion.
with the sites or lack there of I would only want to use one at the 10ft mark. |

i got one i will sell you for $100.00 it goes bang every other time and comes with 3 spare mags. seriously if i had known what a POS it was i would have never have gotten it. the NRA Magazine's positive review suckered me in.

you know she's a bitch.
i kick myself for buying her. but damn it, she's kind of like a little bitty Irish girlfriend. a total pain in the ass but fun to take out and get drunk and have fun with. i can't sell her. we got history. hope you understand. had to add... sometimes you own the gun and sometimes the gun ownes you. |
