The cylinder gap gases exiting right next to your supporting/firing arm would be a worry. If they solved that issue I'd buy a standalone version for the right price.
ETA: the integrally-suppressed SBS version is pretty sexy.

I think the one with the integrated shroud for the Silencerco Salvo is bad ass. I wonder if the ATF will declare it a DD though.... :(
