When I was a kid, for an earache my mom would  put a few drops of warm sweet oil in my ear, the way I remember it helped.

You might need some real medicine. You could have an infection brewing in that carrot factory. Get the to a doctor if the pain remains...in the mean time take Advil or Advil and a shot of Jack

If it's in the external ear it's probably wax.  If that's it pour some hydrogen peroxide in there.

Allergies can cause earaches.  I've got one now.  Got hay fever?  If you're congested try some allergy meds of your choice.

If it's real bad pain from an infection, i.e. otitis media which can hurt like a sonofabitch you may want to get to a doctor.  They'll probably put you on antibiotics or amputate your penis.

Just this week I am able to hear again out of my right ear after a serious infection. You need real medicine. I used drops for the outer part of the infection and antibiotic pills for the inner infection. Go to the doctor. Even with medicine, mine took more than 2 weeks to heal.

Dont fool around too long.

Stop asking for advice from gunowners and go to a doctor.  I guarantee that this cure works.

A good decongestant will help dry it out and releive pressure.
Never fails, Gotta happen on a Friday night.
If it's a minor infection, a couple of drops of 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and vinegar(white).

Old wives tale that works.

Have someone blow cigerette smoke in your ear.

Smells but works for temp relief.

BTW: Wouldn't suggest you go into a gay bar and ask or any bar for that matter.

really got me laughing on that one, tried the toilet seat thing, the darn thing broke(seat), and the knitting needle tickled, specially when it popped out the other ear....

it seems to be sinus related, as if the inner ear has some liquid in it, can feel it move sometimes inside the ear, have had a sinus infection recently, still do, just got some claritin D, hope it dries this stuff up, makes a heck of a hard time when i do the daily range time with the ears popping

I get earaches fairly often, a few years ago I accidentally found out that beer works pretty good for getting your sinuses to drain (relieving pressure in your ears)
