News also reporting this morning that Smith had a "fully loaded 9mm handgun in the car". Of course, if it had been empty and known to be so, they would have still reported a 9mm handgun in the vehicle.

Interesting. This is a hugely different version of the event than first reported. Actually, I have not seen it mentioned on TV reports even this morning...just the gun in Smith's car and another gun in the H2. |
