I was told I snore. I didn't beleive it, but I just woke myself up. Anything I can do to quit? |
| Sleep apnea is a common cause of snoring and you should probably be checked. I did a sleep study that turned up nothing, so they sent me to an ENT who took one look and said my tongue was too big for my mouth. They fitted me with a mouth piece and voila, no snoring. |

This. Just started on mine this week. I have not felt this well rested, literally, in decades. ETA not a fatty: broken nose/deviated septum, overbite, tmj, 17.5" neck! Quoted:

I do have an overbite. And have broke my nose. Can you get a Cpap to try out without a doc and sleep study? I'm in to getting better rest. |

This is going to sound crazy but that's one of the positives to sleeping with a potential mate prior to marriage.
There are some people who wake easily, and some not so much. I'm a light sleeper and do numbers for a living. Sleep is a MUST. I don't know that I could stay in the same room with a snorer. You might need to see a doctor (ENT) about this. I know a skinny woman who had that surgery for her throat to fix her snoring issues. Said it was painful but fixed the problem. |

I have been married for 13 years and have only recently started snoring. Up until now, it has never been an issue. |

Someone would have to have conjugal visits and then sleep in another room. It would suck. |

ENT said I was normal, but I know I have a large soft pallet that causes my OSA. Getting a sleep study through my fucked up health plan has been prohibitive. I will make it happen this year if I live long enough. Shit will get ugly with the administration. The fucked thing is all of this is within my group I work with. I can only imagine how they fuck over the general public. Our health system sucks ass. Obama rot in fucking hell after a year of bloody ass cancer! Quoted:

The system was fucked before Obama. Now it's completely fucked. |

The system was fucked before Obama. Not it's completely fucked. This has been my experience too. I've already paid for one sleep study on my son. They said, "Meh..." That was the official medical fucking diagnoses to the question. The cost of the machine and mask is half the price of the sleep study. |

New Cpap and Bi-Paps are regulated, if not set correctly you could die from suffocation and not even know, you just be dead. |
