It's not that bad, I drink it. But really there are much better stouts. Not the same as regular Guinness. It's not bad, but there are a ton of small craft beers that will beat it. Drink Local. |

The only way I will drink it is at a few pubs that actually use a nitrogen push. Co2 ruins the beer. Most bars just use co2 The only reason bars use a nitrogen push is for long pours. It prevents them from having a nightmare with trying to keep the pour right with a long pour. I tried the nitrogen blend on our short system and it was a disaster for every beer. We had to bump our pressures up so much that the beer was splashing out of the glass. With straight liquid CO2 we get a nice even pour and a perfect 3/4" foam ring. N has it's place, but it's not everywhere. |
