I have thin forearms, wrists, and hands - my hands arent that big either.  Could never palm a basketball, never could handle the bball well, it was always slipping out of my hands.  5 ft tall white chicks have meatier hands than i do. Black girls, forget about it, they all have man hands compared to mine.

Any way to thicken my upper extremities? i do lift weights - 60 lb free weight bench - but the mass is gained in my triceps mostly..  Dont even mention masturbation - it's a myth that it leads to bigger forearms  i can tell you that.

for extreme results, you'll need at least 68 pounds, maybe as much as 71. that's where the real mass, and definition comes from.

I do two 70's 16 times, on a balance ball. I'd hate to have a weld break and one of those steel weights fall on my head. I'm also only 5'7 180lbs.

Lift big, eat big, rest big. Deadlifts, Squats, Bench.

If you want to get lean and fit, go to a gym and mess around. If you want to get big, you need a plan and it involves heavy ass compound lifts and a fuck ton of food for years. Your forarms will get bigger from deadlifts and squats than they ever will from isolated forearm work. Leg day makes you big.

That's terrifying to think about. Some of the larger dumbbells at the gym are a bit loose and I get sketched out pressing them, thinking one of them will let go.

Start barbell training and skip the dumbell aerobics.

Read Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. It's prime on Amazon.

Squeeze your hands hard as fuk when doing deadlifts. Hammer curls, etc. Eat a shitload.

Go somewhere with barbells, bench presses/squat racks/power racks and dumbbells that go up to at least 100.

Push, Pull, Legs. Work forearms on Pull days. Eat a lot.

It doesn't matter.  Just do them and add 1.2-2 lbs per lift and keep doing it.  After a year he won't be weak.  Laughing at him now just discourages him.  Why are you trying to discourage someone trying to improve himself?  What's wrong with you?

It's the internet. I automatically assume threads like this are troll threads. Have you learned nothing in all your years in GD?

Not everyone is physically able to lift heavy. As a result of muscle weakness caused by peripheral neuropathy, I can do only 60 lbs incline press, 45 lbs overhead press, and a paltry 15 lbs deadlift.

lol what? 15lb deadlift? Do you even bring groceries home bro?

Bottom line it requires you to EAT, SLEEP, LIFT.  Doesn't matter where you're at, you will get there.  Your muscles, joints, tendons all the stuff required for movement, will get stronger.

You can get as educated as you want, but if you don't have confidence you won't find a way.

If you can bench, incline at that, 60 pounds then no reason you can't do a 100 pound deadlift.

You are obviously writing out of ignorance. The neurological disorder has affected my lower body much more severely than the upper body, very much like multiple sclerosis (which it was originally diagnosed as).

The leg muscles have been so weakened that I'm unable to do even bodyweight squats without the simultaneous use of my arms to help raise and lower myself. A 100-lb deadlift is unlikely to ever be achievable.

Nope. An Olympic bar is 45 lbs. Other bars are lighter, 10-20 lbs, depending upon length. And the "bars" in cheapie barbell sets with vinyl-covered, cement weights are steel tubes which weigh only a pound or two.
