All that ground skimming is pretty safe. Notice how he's just gliding along in glassy smooth air? A hill facing the ocean in the morning is about as calm as it gets. Now the loops he was doing in the mountains..... Yes the loops were just asking for a chute collapse |
| I'm an old fogey, but I don't understand why someone begs to die like this. Oh sure, adrenaline rush and all that, but is it worth dying to get a heady feeling for a few minutes? I think daredevils have a secret desire to die, and they eventually get their wish. |

We're analogue computers. He's solving problems. It's aerodynamics, kinematics, controls, etc, and the ground proximity increases feedback sensitivity. |

Holy shit that was cool. Bet he goes through a lot of shoes (and pants) I need to find out where those huts are. Looks like an awesome place to retire |

I would like to know where to footage with the white buildings with all the swimming pools was shot at. That place looks cool as shit. Seriously. Yes, do you know where it was filmed at? I found it , it was Santorini, one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea, wow what a beautiful place. |

That was amazing.
I have had a few clients with beach houses near one of the most popular spots for paragliding in the world. There were a few guys/girls I would say hi to in the morning as they sailed by overhead. The rest of the construction workers and I would take bets on when one would splat against one of the atrium windows in the house we were building or we would find one in the pool. Homeowners grew to hate them, kind or hard to enjoy the backyard of your $20,000,000+ house when people are sailing by 30 feet above you. |

I liked the synchronized insanity part... holy shit. He has skillz.
