Some of the stuff about Independence is a bit outdated. I haven't heard of a meth problem here in years. And the airport is terrible?! It's the fucking easiest airport to get in and out of ever. I texted the Detroit map to a bunch of family members up there. My aunt texted that my uncle's laughing so hard he's about to have a heart attack.

There is an abandoned "monkey asylum" / zoo on Suncoast Blvd....... as far a lovecraftian horrors, all one has to do is spend a few hours in some of the neighborhoods W. of 19 to understand exactly what they are talking about.....crazy ex-Yankees mind-fucked by drinking Cutty Sark daily for the last 40 years....... bikers with oxy-addicted, fat, tattooed bleached-blond old ladies........meth-4-sex hookers.....etc, etc.....there used to be a shack where you could get smoked mullet burritos
