Duck fat fries
Chicago dog (minus tomato and peppers)
Duck sausage with truffle aioli, foie gras mousse, and fleur del sel.

For those of you familiar with Chicago, I'm at a pretty new hot dog place called Hot G Dog. Which after Hot Dougs closed, some of the cooks opened this place up. It's pretty tasty.

I THINK they just cook them in duck fat. They taste good but I'm not sure if I can really tell the difference between these, and other places that have fresh cut fries cooked in lard. (not sure what animal lard/fat most places use)

Yep. Maybe not the exact same sausages but they have a wide variety, including kangaroo and snake.
