I can't use my old VONAPP logon, I submitted a claim for the post 9/11 GI Bill and when i just tried to log in it wouldn't work. Now when i go to the "forgot my username" tab it says my old user name and password is now a DSLogon. okay, but when i click the dslogon button i get a 404 error wtf , tried calling the VA maybe they could help me over the phone but to no avail, so i'll try sending the VONAPP helpdesk an email. have any of you had similar issues? |
