You grow out of stuff man.

I can still listen to Follow The Leader from time to time but it just doesn't have the kick it used to.

Yep, loved it when I in high school. Not so much a fan now, my tastes matured to stuff more like Queen and Quiet Riot, White Snake, etc. you know the big hair bands.

Mine too.  Had an ex in High School whos uncle who lived in Rhode Island and in the summer of 96 went with her mom and sister to vacation/house sit for him while he went out of town.  It just so happens it was the first year of the X-Games so she went, and bought me the X-Games music cd while she was there. and one of the songs was "Blind" which immediately just blew me away at how different it was.

After that I went and bought their full album, and then went and bought "Life is Peachy" the following year when it came out. After that, I got to see them in concert at Lalapalooza 97 along with Tool.

Enjoyed "Follow the Leader" but started to lose interest when "Issues" came out.  Still keep up with them, but just download certain songs instead of full albums now.

Jonathan sounds like shit live.  Sounded like Shit at Lalapalooza.  Korn played right before Tool, and Tool blew Korn out of the water was far as just sounding good.  Tool was so good, they sounded almost like they did on the CD.

One of those bands that I never particularly liked... but I saw them and Limp Bizkit together (Don't be accusin'... it was a free concert for me, I was bored, and my cousin needed someone to push his wheelchair ), and Fred Durpst was a complete asshole but Jonathan Davis and the rest Korn made up for it by being completely awesome, so I have quite a bit of respect for them.

But seriously, fuck Limp Dickshit, fucking assholes.  I keep hoping to wake up to new that one of Durst's fans killed him and ate him.

I remember in like 7th or 8th grade going home after school hoping they would beat backstreet boys or N'sync on TRL.

Yep, hearing my sisters cries of horror when 'Got the Life' took number one and stayed there for a while was one of the sweetest sounds of being a teenager.

I like Korn.

Heck I like Limp Bizkit. Maybe to spite all the haters.

Saw Durst perform for the first time 2 yrs ago after hanging it up the first go around. Times change, the music simply takes you back.

My wife just downloaded an album of Korn  songs as nursery rhymes called Twinkle  Twinkle  Little  Rockstar  that's pretty cool.  It's  creepy and makes me nostalgic for my angst  filled  teenage years.

They picked up that new drummer in November, but now I read Warner Brothers is suing the bad for trying to leave them.  Don't know if that will affect the recording or release of the new album though.

Funny saigaman should post this. I was just listening to issues the other day while lifting. When it first came out I remember not liking it as much as follow the leader. Now, its opposite but as others have said it doesn't have the kick it used to. Still, it takes me back to late middle/high school. Rock is dead nowadays

Yes, Korn was big in my group of friends. I liked it ok, but Rage against the Machine and 311 would be more my flavor.

That and then Blink 182, and the whole pop punk thing. Korn never did deliver that album that was as good as their first. Promises promises. Warped tour too...
