When I receive email on outlook express, I keep getting the same mail from the previous days. How can I go back to the "good o' days" when I recieved my email once? Thanks for any help.

I had that problem once, I reconfigured my outlook express and it stopped.

It sounds like outlook is set to leave copies of the email on the server. Change that in your email accounts settings.
