Was more like brunch today: I sliced some thin bite size filet strips of some king salmon ( caught last year up in Canada ) and put some foil down on the toaster over pan. Squirted some non stick spray on foil and got out some fresh mozzarella cheese. Made about 5 small little piles and placed some king salmon on each pile Jam into the toaster oven on 450 and about 12 minutes later you have these great bite size dealios of melted gooey / crusty cheese and perfectly cooked salmon all ready to go bite size Alittle sprinkle of this cayun pepper seasoning is all that's needed for taste ( put on prior to cooking ) Sounds weird to read I am sure ... but they taste fucking great and are a snap to make |
