This guy should get a job in internal affairs. I can't back up anything he said because I don't actually know if he was correct or not, but that was surprisingly very well handled. |

Wow the second guy would catch a couple lumps if he tried that with our SO. |
|
Haha that LEO had a great zero fucks given attitude.

This fits pretty good with the narrative. Cop should have been on the unemployment line a few minutes after this aired but it is highly unlikely anything happened to him. Help us out with a few things here, please. Not sure I'm following you. - Motorist attempts to signal officer (hand signal) while officer is passing. - Officer initiates traffic stop, to investigate why motorist is making hand signal and attempting to get his attention. (I would think this is prudent at this point, as possibly the motorist has an emergency situation and is attempting to summon help. If that WERE the case, and the officer did NOT react, this of course would be the first thing our resident cop haters would be bitching about). - Officer is very courteous to motorist during verbal interaction, although we cannot hear what the motorist is saying due to ambient background noise. - Officer provides motorist with his business card, writes applicable legal citations on the back, and invites motorist to call his agency if motorist has any concerns. Not sure why the officer should have been on the unemployment line a few minutes after this aired. ??? |

Not sure why the officer should have been on the unemployment line a few minutes after this aired. ??? The motorist is a local very pro gun lawyer. Officer was driving like a Jackass and motorist motioned for him to slow down. (officer even says this in the audio) Officer gets his authority butthurted and illegally pulls him over. Officer then makes up a bullshit charge to threaten him with. Officer pulls him out of the car to threaten jail. Lawyer calls officer jackasses bluff because he will win the blue light lotto if officer arrests him. Officer realizes his bluff has been called and the charade is over. Officer slinks away with tail between his legs. He should have been fired. Unless you are ok with cops making illegal stops and threatening bullshit charges because their ego is bruised. |

Officer slinks away with tail between his legs. He should have been fired. Did he tell him to slow down? Or just motion? Maybe I need to watch it again. I had a hard time hearing a lot of the verbal interaction. All I noticed was the motorist waving to signal the officer, which I again think would make it prudent for the officer to initiate a traffic stop to investigate. Someone motioning to draw an officer's attention might mean anything from "slow down" to "my wife is choking to death in the passenger seat and I need help now!" As far as why he made the guy get out of the car, yeah, maybe that was out of line. Again, all I can hear is one side of the verbal interaction though. As far as officers speeding without having emergency lights active, me, I would just mind my own business and assume they were responding to an emergency regardless. I don't make it my business to try and "pull over" police cars. |
| I don't either, I prefer to stay as far away from the police as I can. He motioned for the officer to slow down and the officer reiterates "you don't tell an officer to slow down" in the audio. Motorists asks officer what is PC is for the stop and that's when officer makes up the "interfering with an officer" bullshit charge. He was out of line and he got his bluff called. Rebel is right, it is roll on the floor funny. |

I guess in the modern slang, it might be said as: "Don't start nothing, won't be nothing." |
