| After pumping iron or doing an hour of cardio, why is it so hard to get an erection? Plus just from looking at it, it's like having been in a cold shower,. Anyone also encounter this? |

Physiology.
Your body has just gone thru a strenuous workout...why your muscles are sore Your body doesn't care about procreation at that time, it is in repair mode. Blood supply is triaged by your body, not you. You want to get frisky with your gal.....too bad, your body sets priority on asset allocation. Therefore your winky is low man on the totem pole. |

would having a low T make one tired after a workout? Even if you think you are healthy, get your hormone levels checked anyway. At the least, you will have a baseline right here, right now for 2016, so that when 2026 rolls around, or 2036, and you start really dragging, when you get labs done, you can at least look back to your 2016 results to compare. Having really low T would most likely mean not even having the energy to want to work out in the first place? |
