We have two labs that like to break out of the backyard fence. We have a underground fence and a physical fence but it doesn't
really phase them. They dig right under the fence--and I'm thinking the electric fence isn't working some. I want to install a cow fence/ hot wire or two that will really give them a jolt when they try to dig out. There are no young kids around to worry with shocking so I'm looking for the good stuff  . You know, the fence that shocks the crap out of you when your cousin tells you
its off. 
What do I buy and where? |

Get one specifically for dogs. The ones for livestock are too strong. I picked one up on Amazon. Lowes carries them too.
