I took today off to burn some vacation time and unwind a bit. I got a call today that a customer is in dire need of an install tomorrow and none of my guys can handle it for me. I get to go to work tomorrow in the middle of what was supposed to be a 3 day weekend. I've had all of 2 true vacation days this year where nobody calls me needing something, either advise or hands on help (I'm the lone supervisor for the Houston office).
The kicker? I'm salaried, so working on weekends or on vacation days is kinda like working for free. |

Women.
Have/had confidance but seems to does little good. Any tiny attempt I make at anything more than friendly conversation gets shot down. THAT really helps confidance
