Well Priority 2 day service that took about 6 days 3 hours and 41 minutes. http://<a href=http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f232/hunter8793/Mobile%20Uploads/582CC038-B2D4-4296-B381-3F8B9344CAE8_zpsnqvw2wdq.jpg</a>" /> Priority 3 day service that is currently at 6 days 10 hours and 33 minutes. http://<a href=http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f232/hunter8793/Mobile%20Uploads/F3AE8BAB-2248-45E1-913B-DF78512C24E2_zpsfse6ugbu.jpg</a>" /> I wish they would start doing partial refunds for every day that it is behind their first scheduled delivery date. But we all know that won't happen. They don't do refunds? I remember paying for 2-day delivery that took 3 days. The post office gave me a complete refund. Of course that was also back in 2004... |

All of my packages through them have taken WAY too long and sit in the facility for a day or two before they go out again. Still waiting on a few things I ordered BEFORE Black Friday. One of my packages arrived in SLC, stayed there for a few days and now it's in the opposite direction. WTF? |
| I have been waiting on a package since 11/30. The only tracking info is the initial acceptance at a branch in California. I called the post office to file a claim, & today my local office followed up with me. First thing they did was advise me to file a claim with ebay. I let them know I didn't order anything on ebay. From there, they told me to have the sender replace the items, which isn't possible. Again they recommended that I file a claim with ebay. It was like a bad script & they weren't trying to assist with actually locating my package. The rep admitted not even contacting the branch where the parcel was originally checked in. I tried to explain chain of custody & if the parcel had 0 activity since it was originally accepted, I couldn't understand how she never tried to contact the one place that had a record of being in possession of my parcel. She offered to have consumer affairs reach out to me, but would not make a call to the location where my parcel was most likely stolen after it was checked in. I swear, there must be like a thin blue line for fucking postal employees. |
| for an organization that runs in the red every year for the last 20 or so years, what did you expect. I wish we as the paying customer had the option to have our goods delivered by another carrier other than USPS, I hate smart post sometimes. if Im paying $20 for s/h and UPS or Fedex gets it from the start i want to have them deliver it, not have it get passed off to USPS and then delayed or the label fucked up- or the contents damaged. |
