I bought a resin model.  It's my first one.  What glue?  Any special primer before paints?

Tenax, probably will need the thick kind and the thin that "runs" where you want it to run.

A resin N gauge Dodge van

Wash all the parts in soapy water before building to remove the mold release and use superglue. Depending upon the age of the mold they will frequently need more filling and surface preparation but some resin parts are damn near injected styrene quality and need very little.

Tenax will not work on resins
Soap and water bath
Cyanoacrylate super glued or 5 minute epoxy depending on the bond you need
