When I was taking the class to get my CHL the instructor was talking about ammo and said that Hydro-Shoks (sic) could penetrate steel and glass bout would blow up when they hit flesh. The water in flesh is what "activated" the bullet, hence the "hydro" in the bullet name.

A bullet button is a shroud that covers a mag release so you have to "use a tool" to remove a mag (limit 10 rounds) per Ca. law. This guy claims it make a gun full-auto. She corrects him an he incorrects him back. Stunning |
