Tamiya used to make a great model of the Tiger I that had metal tracks and included the interior too.

There are lots of options now. I will try to look up some later. Hen long of something to that effect has pretty much taken over from tamiya in the 1/16 scale tanks. There is quite a bit of aftermarket upgrades like metal tracks and IR combat simulation guns.

What I would like to have is one of the all metal 1/6 scale tanks. GI Joe sized. I think they sell for amounts in the thousands of $. Fields of armor might be one.

My inner child says yes, but sadly my bank account says no. I would like to have a Sherman painted up like Oddball's, complete with speaker playing "working on the railroad".
