What are some of the changes you noticed? Apple's development notes suck. Mainly talked about new emojis. You know Apple, focusing on the important shit like politically correct emojis. SMH I can give someone the finger via text message now. That's important

I am of the opinion someone is going to sue apple at some point over this. My theory is apple plants bugs in current releases when it is time to upgrade to the next OS. Conspiracy maybe, but I think it's true. I'd be shocked if this was the case. It really doesn't matter what OS you use, don't be download #1. Wait for the X.1 release like this one. |

The 9.0.x series sounded kinda upsy-downsy. If you're on one of them with problems I'd jump to 9.1, if not let the early adopters bleed it out. 9.0.1 really screwed things up. 9.0 was awesome but then after I updated things started lagging and crashing a lot. I've been too hesitant to go to 9.0.2 even though it reminds me every single damn day. Which is very annoying |

SMH The system fonts changed slightly, or maybe that was in the previous release, I can't keep track anymore. |

I'm on 9.02 with the Pangu JailBreak. No real reason to update for a minor upgrade that cannot be jail broken yet. What source do you use for jailbreak downloads and instructions? Everything seems sketchy when I look into it All I want is to be able to rotate the screen on my 5s in all 4 directions |

"Oh sure hacker group, let me download and run your contents unknown software on this GPS and surveillance equipped gadget I carry with me 24-7. Here, let me send you nude pictures of my wife!" |

Thousands of others rely on them for guidance, and they are mentioned prominently in several on line websites & forums. |

Be forewarned that you may lose battery efficiency on a 5S. I went from 100% to 40% by mid-afternoon on the first day I upgraded, which was HIGHLY unusually. It's been otherwise normal for the last few days, but I can't explain the massive drainage other than the update to 9.1. |

I really don't have a problem with the constant OS updates. What I DO have a problem with is the new "nag to upgrade" shit that IOS 9 has in it. If there is an upgrade available, it'll nag you to either upgrade now, later or get details. I haven't found a way to disable it (though I haven't really looked that hard). |

I have been making a lot MORE misspellings lately since 9 My autocorrect has had some weird glitches changing words like "about" to "abut" and seems content with leaving single letters like "n" instead of "in" or "on" alone ever since 9. I don't use text speak, but I'm afraid it is ruining autocorrect. |

Fuck Apple. Their updates have almost made my 1st gen iPad mini useless with no way to revert back. See now that's funny... Mine quit updating years ago on a version that the gadget runs quite well. New stuff coming out often won't run on that old an OS but it runs what it has on it just fine. Works great for web browsing and as an e-reader still, battery life is still ridiculously good compared to other tablets I've got. |

Fuck Apple. Their updates have almost made my 1st gen iPad mini useless with no way to revert back. I have an iPhone 6S tht I just did the update on with no apparent issues. Gave my wife my iPhone 5, I don't think we're going to upgrade her until I see feedback on how any upgrade works on her device. No way in HELL I'm upgrading my first generation Mini. |

first gen Mac Mini? That's a PPC! OS 10.4 is your friend. It'll run 10.5 too, but 10.5 sucks. Quoted:

Why not just say released then? Usually when something is "dropped" from development, it has been abandoned not released! Quoted:

Fuck Apple. Their updates have almost made my 1st gen iPad mini useless with no way to revert back. Weird. I have a 1st gen mini that is happily running 9.x. 9.0 had some screen rotation oddness that was quickly fixed by a subsequent update. It won't do all the cool features (not enough processor) but otherwise is fine. |
