So I had a water heater bust on me and leak in April and I had a smallish claim to the insurance company (~$4k). Today, after all the rain, I see that my roof is leaking a bit. The house was built in 96 and the roof is original. It will most likely need to be replaced. My question is basically this: Is it even worth calming or will the prorated replacement cost barely cover my deductible? Also, what are the chances of them dropping me after a second claim?
Thanks! V |
