Here in wet Western WA, I try to keep it as low as possible, it is usually around 40%-45% I use a golden rod, and some of the silica things to absorb moisture, the kind that you plug in to dry out and then place back in the safe. . On edit, I think the only time having too low of humidity is if you have wood stocked guns, otherwise the lower the better, I think. |
