Police officers in Lithuania were chasing a man on a small motorcycle because it had no license plates. 19-year-old motorcycle driver could not control his bike and fell down. People that were passing demanded officers to jack up the car and let the guy out, but police officers refused to do that and instead waited for rescue teams to arrive It was later announced that motorcycle driver was under the influence of alcohol.
