OK I am tired of washing dirt and dust out of my eyes every time I cut mine and my folks grass.  My regular wrap around shades just aren't cutting it anymore and with fall rolling around it is only going to get worse when I start chopping up leaves.

So what kind of goggles do people recommend?  I looked at the wiley x ones but not paying that price for something I wear once a week and they seem to have comfort and fit problems with people that have high bridged nose like I have.

I was looking at these Pyramex Goggles.  Anyone ever try them?

Look on the Equipment Exchange here. There are ESS, Smith, and etc.. goggles posted regularly at bargain prices.

Dude, chill out.  I was just joking about his post.  No need to get all pissy about it.

I was talking about the Google dude. I refuse to follow Google searches for reviews because a large majority anymore are shill reviews. Sorry you mistook it.

Oh okay.  You quoted my post instead of his, that's why I thought you were mad at me.  As for goggles...the only expensive pair I ever owned were Oakleys and they performed okay for me.  Didn't fog up too much which is what most cheaper brands have.

well you were the one saying to google for recommendations!

I have been less than pleased with any of my latest oakley products that were purchased through standard issue. Also the only googles that I saw that they offer now look like half face tactical goggles.  Not really what I am looking for.  Don't need to be an operator cutting the grass!

Heh, you should go all out and wear ACUs, knee and elbow pads, a full tac vest and have a pair of hedge clippers in a chest holster.

Try some ski goggles. Winter is coming up so you should be able to find them at any sporting goods store that sells skiing gear. I used them in the desert, much better than the military issue goggles. They conform to your face really well and keep the dust out. There lots of brands/designs, you shouldn't have any trouble finding something that will fit the shape of your nose.
