In 2012, as Obama was running for re-election, Trump called Clinton “terrific” again in an interview with Fox News, saying she performed well as Secretary of State.

“Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman,” he told Greta Van Susteren. “I am biased because I have known her for years. I live in New York. She lives in New York. I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she’s given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job. I like her.

Trump's a business man. He was probably shmoozing Hillary so he could obtain a new building permit. Trump buys politicians all the time.

Obama gets what he wants with a cell phone and a pen...

Trump gets what he wants by publicly schmoozing people in power...

Once Trump is in power, he wont need to schmooze anybody as he will use his business and political connections the same way Obama used his pen...

Our gamble is that Trump truly means the things that he says. However, he has a done (what appears to be) an honest job at convincing many Americans that he loves Jesus Christ, Apple Pie, and Guns....Something this country desperately needs.

Once his nationalistic policies go into action, it will have a snowball effect, and Americans (and American values) will creep back into the light of day...no longer ashamed of being called an American.

Trump will empower those who empower themselves, and destroy those who seek to weaken and take advantage of our great nation.

Trump is not perfect by any means. He has and WILL make mistakes....But hopefully (and I pray) that they are honest mistakes, with our best interest at heart.

I hope that Trump becomes the next President of the United States, and that his presidency becomes the turning point to Making America Great Again.

I stand to gain nothing by supporting Trump. However, I also feel that I have everything to lose if he doesn't win, as the (political) alternatives are detrimental to this nation and our way of life.

I do like Cruz and would like to see him as VP. Carson is 2nd runner up, but he is too slow and soft spoken; put him in the Cabinet somewhere.

I want a real go getter that has the ability to push our adversaries back on their heels. They've had it too good for too long.

We're being attacked from all sides...We need someone with a warrior spirit in the White House...And when I look at our candidates, I see only one wolf while the rest are sheep.

This is all just my pipedream .02, but I am proud to support Trump and his proposed policies, as they're in sync with the conversations that my family has around our dinner table.... And hopefully at yours as well.

God Bless America & FBHO!

We get it dude.  Trump was friendly to Hillary.  Unfortunately, you gotta play the game and be friendly to everyone if you want to be a successful businessman, especially in the field he's in.

Good point.  Gotta start somewhere.  Ending the crushing Politically Correct environment we're in right now is where we have to start.  Immigration is right after that.

I think he's getting paid by the Trump campaign, because he's doing a good  job at keeping Trump in the spotlight here in GD and due to his actions, converting supporters.

Either that or he's a huge failure.

The fix for illegal immigration is inherent in, and dependent on, the elimination of political correctness.  As is the case with most, if not all, of the other crises we face.

Because nobody here has the balls to come right out in support of Jeb Bush?

In the event The GOPe manages to throw the nomination to Bush, his supporters here will be coming out of the woodwork like cockroaches.

One hell of a gamble and one I may be willing to take with my vote given how badly zero and the left, along with certain clueless republicans have fucked up this country over the years. No one man/party can make it 100% right but Trump may be our best bet to get started on it.

A lot of mays and a big risk counting on the some of the gutless wonders called republicans in Congress....I know, but IMO there aren't many choices left short of an all out revolution which would be a much bigger risk.

I have a question about Fiorina.  I have no problem with women in positions of authority; with one only one exception (which had nothing to do with her sex), the best bosses I've had in 20 years have all been women.  But can we expect a woman to be able to negotiate effectively with cultures that consider women inferior?  There are other reasons for not supporting Fiorina IMHO, but it certainly seems like this should be a consideration.

I guess there was {gag} Hillary as SOS, so I could be full of shit.  I won't resent someone telling me so, if there's a counterpoint I'm overlooking.

Thatcher and Golda Meir immediatly come to find as strong female heads of state.

Those cultured that consider women inferior place emphasis on physical strength.  Once they see their ass kicked on a battlefield (by the military of a female-led nation) even the most chauvinistic fundamentalists will go to the negiotation table.

Fair enough; thanks (you too Durka).  I suppose it's somewhat dependent on a strong female leader backed by strong support, which is probably a coin toss for any candidate, male or female.
