Seahawks offense has looked mediocre for a long time. If not for their special teams and defense carrying the team, the Seahawks wouldn't even have been playoff contenders ladt season.

I'm a little hazy on that.

I think the only flags they can challenge are 12 men, passing past the line of scrimmage and if a pass was tipped on pass inference.

I think 12 men and line of scrimmage are the only ones that can get a flag thrown.

They can also review illegal touching, but that's a violation not a penalty.
