| I don't see why this series wasn't more popular then Breaking Bad. Breaking Bad had way too many boring fillers up until the finales. Justified, almost every episode has something going on, and the acting is better. |

I love both of the shows, but Breaking Bad appealed to a wider audience. There is only one show about a science teacher making meth, while there are many shows about law enforcement. True. Justified was amazing though. I looked forward to watching the next episode. |

Besides Breaking Bad being a more original story, the way it was cold, the way the scenes were shot, the way the setups were made, and the way the episodes were organized was nothing short of brilliant.
It's one of those things that comes along once-in-a-lifetime and you can't do any better than it and you cannot copy it. |

The only decent episode I enjoyed was the last episode of season 4. Season's 5 ending you could see coming a mile away. Just sayin. |

The characters on Justified were more appealing, too. I only really liked Mike, and sometimes Walter, on Breaking Bad.
Personally, I dont get the Breaking Bad worship. It was a good enough show-- once Walter and Gus started working together-- but I never thought of it as one of the best shows I'd ever seen. |

No argument, it was. But I thought Justified's ending was lame. I was disappointed, without going into detail to prevent spoilers for those who haven't seen it. Again, I did enjoy the show, just not the ending. Quoted:

Granted I haven't watched a lot of tv dramas, I enjoyed every character and was entertained the entire time. I've even gone back and watched it all the way through a couple more times since it first aired. |

Got luv some Raylen. |

Justified was an excellent TV show. The writing, acting, and directing were very good. The cast was brilliant. Not a 'bad character' in the whole series. I liked the little guy who was the City Marshall, driving an AMC Gremlin with a light bar on it. And the bad guys got him once, beat the living CRAP out of him, and he didn't talk. Messed him up really bad. I wish he had been in more episodes. Great show. |

This. And the acting in BB was MUCH better than Justified. Plus, the guy who played the marshal just didn't make a convincing macho stud. Quoted:

I personally think that was GOOD.....He was a typical screwed up person with a screwed up life, who wasn't as awesome as he wanted to think he was. Overall I like justified.......never could get into Breaking bad. Sons of Anarchy is damn good (just starting it), but not as hardcore a fan as justified yet. Justified is worth it just for the Art Mullen scenes |

Probably because there are literally thousands of cop (or similar) dramas on tv at any given time. A "good" guy cooking meth to support his family, on cable tv. You don't see that often. This He wasn't a good guy though. It was always about him. He was lying to himself most of all. I really enjoyed it, enjoyed both those shows. |

Justified was a good show. I loved the series overall but it got kind of shark-jumpy at the end. My wife and I both enjoyed watching it. There were a lot of good characters and some actually showed development and change through the series. Art getting more and more tired of Raylan. Racheal becoming more than her skin color and less stick up the ass. Boyd trying to become more than some hick knock-over artist. Lots of great dialog moments. I still chuckle when I think "You're like the Hillbilly Whisperer".
BB was also good but in a completely different way. My wife didn't like it, because you came to hate nearly everyone. There were a lot of episodes though that felt like you had to grind through to get to the next thing. Still a fantastically dark series. By far my favorite character was the bald enforcer dude, Mike. The only one that had much common sense. That was the fun part of BB. You kind of ended up liking some of the bad guys in a twisted way. |
